RICHARD GREGOIRE

Director of Field Operations

Rick began his career at Lockheed in the field as a Laborer in September 1990. He quickly gained skills as a Journeyman and was promoted to Foreman in 1997; a role which he filled for 27 years. Rick has extensive knowledge of installation methods, and he ran multiple complex projects with a specialty in occupied housing units. Rick works closely with Project Management Teams prior to the start of projects to ensure they are run efficiently, and he collaborates with the Field Superintendents to make sure work in the field progresses with safety, quality and efficiency.
