Employees receive healthcare benefits at the 1st of the month following two months of employment. Employees receive 401k plans/life insurance/disability plans at the 1st of the month following four months of employment.
I currently have a 401k balance in my previous employer's account.
Can I roll this into Lockheed's 401k plan?
Yes, once you are an active participant and have met all of the requirements, you can roll over your funds into our plan.
You will need to bring original documents for the I-9 document completion, such as drivers license, birth certificate, passport, or social security card. Your supervisor will advise you as to what is needed in your initial meeting after accepting the position. For field personnel, the documents may also include any active licenses (glaziers, OSHA, etc.) you currently have.
Lockheed observes 10 holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, VJ Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Columbus Day.
We have a phone tree in place for the office. There is an extension to call for the production personnel that will advise employees whether the building is open. Supervisors/managers will also reach out to the employees.
