Overview:

  • Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. is looking for a full-time Class A Truck Driver.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all delivery documentation and vehicle/driving logbook
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip
  • Most deliveries are of our own materials to our own jobsites. Regardless of where the delivery is, most deliveries on site start at 6:30 am. Most deliveries are within 100-mile radius.
  • Once delivery is complete and back to the shop, the cab and box are to get cleaned out. Help load for the next day.
  • Miscellaneous material handling within shop will be required with option of helping in the shop or going home for the day.
  • Adhere to and understand safety policies and DOT regulations

Job Requirements:

  • No overnight trips required but there are very early morning runs.
  • Prior experience driving 24-28 ft.Box Trucks and F350 Dually with a 33 ft. trailer
  • Some heavy lifting required
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • A Clean Driving Record

Assembly & Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Overview:

  • Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable Assembly & Manufacturing Technician to assist in the fabrication and assembly of products across multiple departments, including panels, doors, and aluminum window wall systems such as curtain wall and storefront systems. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fabricate aluminum window wall systems
  • Assist with loading and unloading finished and unfinished materials
  • Support machine operators in panel fabrication
  • Assemble panel components and systems
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks using shop and fabrication drawings
  • Safely handle materials and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Willingness to learn (training provided for entry-level candidates)
  • Ability to read shop and fabrication drawings (preferred)
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong reliability and attendance
  • Reliable transportation

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with commercial door hardware and glass/glazing
  • Experience using basic shop tools, such as: Miter saw, Screw gun, Circular (skill) saw, Hand drill
  • Ability to cut, drill, rivet, and assemble aluminum extrusions and panel systems

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Additional Information:

  • Overtime may be required
  • 30-day probationary period

Job Description:

  • Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and entrepreneurial Assistant Project Manager – Façade to manage existing customer relationships and forge new connections. Candidate will work out of our office in Pascoag, RI, and manage all aspects of new construction or renovation projects. This position reports directly to the Project Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop strong working relationships with owners, architects, vendors, and general contractors, as well as construction and architectural teams.
  • Manage existing customer relationships on multimillion-dollar projects.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to adhere to estimated expenses and timelines.
  • Manage the submittal, procurement, design, and implementation of all projects.
  • Develop and negotiate sub-contractor, consultant, and/or vendor/engineer agreements.
  • Communicate all information regarding projects to the Project Management team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the supervision of installation teams to ensure work is completed safely and meets the highest level of quality standards.
  • Monitor all processes, materials, safety, and job quality.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in the glazing industry.
  • Prior experience working with A/E’s, CM’s, Designer’s, Developer’s, etc. , interpreting specifications, drawings, and design assists.
  • Experience managing existing customer relationships.
  • Project management knowledge from design, estimation, engineering, purchasing, installation, collection, and closeout documents.
  • Ability to assume numerous responsibilities and meet deadlines is required.
  • Must have strong organization, management, communication (both written and verbal), and time management skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined to work independently.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD and other industry software is a plus.
