Eastern Connecticut State University’s Fine Arts Instructional Center began construction back in August, 2013. In addition to instructional labs and support spaces for the Fine Arts Department, the 118,000 square foot building houses three performance spaces: a Concert Hall, a Proscenium Theatre, and a Black Box Theatre. Additionally, this facility included a two-story dance studio, a two-story Choral Rehearsal studio, and a two-story Orchestra Rehearsal studio.
