Eastern Connecticut State University’s Fine Arts Instructional Center began construction back in August, 2013. In addition to instructional labs and support spaces for the Fine Arts Department, the 118,000 square foot building will be home to three performance spaces: a Concert Hall, a Proscenium Theatre, and a Black Box Theatre. Additionally, this facility will include a two-story dance studio, a two-story Choral Rehearsal studio, and a two-story Orchestra Rehearsal studio.
