This renovation involved the replacement of the window and door units at Josephine Towers, one of several apartment complexes for the elderly in Waterbury.

- 154 Traco NX3500/NX3800 Series Project-Out over Fixed window units
- 352 Traco NX6400 Horizontal Sliding windows
- 86 Traco NX-7400 Fixed windows
- 56 Traco NX-840 Sliding Glass Doors
- All components above were provided in Dark Bronze Anodized finish
- 8 EFCO Series S403 Storefront with D200 Series doors were also installed
