The aging windows and doors at the 91-year-old Partick E. Bowe school were at least 45 years old and drafty. This project consisted of Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. installing new windows and doors at the 73,520 square foot elementary school. The renovations included installing storefronts, EFCO Durastile™ Doors, Special-Lite FRP Doors, EFCO HX/FX 32 Single Hung Windows, and EFCO 325X Fixed Windows. All windows and doors were built in compliance with the MSBA’s sustainability requirements.

  • 6 Pair & 3 Single EFCO D518 Durastile™ Doors
  • 6 Single Special-Lite SL-20 FRP Doors
