Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. provided key exterior building envelope systems for the Wilmington Town Hall and School Administration Building, a new construction project designed to serve both municipal and educational functions. The project featured EFCO 5600X thermally broken curtain wall systems at punched and multispan openings, EFCO D502 Thermastile entrance doors, insulated glazing, insulated metal panels, and decorative glazing film. Working closely with the Consigli Construction team, Lockheed helped deliver a high-performance exterior package that was completed on time and on budget.

INSTALLED COMPONENTS INCLUDED:

  • Curtain Wall Systems: EFCO 5600X thermal curtain wall system at multispan openings.
    • EFCO 5600X thermal curtain wall system at punched openings.
  • Entrance Doors: EFCO D502 Thermastile entrance doors.
  • Insulated Glass: Guardian SN68 low-e insulated glass.
  • Insulated Metal Panels: Mapes R+ 3″ rabbeted insulated metal panels.
  • Glazing Film: Llumar Frosted Crystal glazing film.
  • Door Hardware: Aluminum entrance door hardware by ASSA ABLOY.
  • Flashing: Aluminum brake metal and flashing.
