Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. partnered with Consigli Construction on the modernization of the Saltonstall Apartments, an 11-story housing tower in Medford, MA. The project upgraded the building’s aging 1960s façade with high-performance windows, storefront systems, entrance doors, louvers, glass, and fabricated fiber cement panels. The completed exterior renovation transformed the property into a more efficient and visually updated residential high-rise.
