The 15-story luxury apartment building at One Chestnut Place in Quincy, MA, is Quincy’s tallest tower (2019), offering views of downtown Boston and Quincy Bay. The project has 140 market rate units comprised of one- and two-bedrooms and 4,000 square feet of retail on the first floor. Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. fabricated 4,838 SVK Fiber Cement Panels, spanning 52,984 square feet, for the project in 4 different colors: H402 Slate, H403 Storm, S405 Natural, and S410 Earth. Both Colormat Classic and Colormat Scripto facade panels were used.
