The project consisted of Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. installing Kawneer Curtain Walls, Airolite Louvers, Guardian Mirrors, and Reynobond ACM Panels. The first floor features over 12,000 square feet of indoor amenities centered around a great room, central fireplace, and bar area with views out to an expansive 16,000-square-foot landscaped courtyard with an outdoor pool, grilling area, cabanas, and lounge spaces.
