After closing due to being in bad condition, Coleytown Middle School reopened and welcome students and faculty back at the beginning of 2021. This project was a complete renovation, including an entirely new HVAC system, new insulation and metal cladding, a new roof, and all brand new windows. Our team managed to overcome a number of challenges in order to finalize this project caused by the global pandemic and supply chain issues. Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. technicians contributed to the modernization of the school building by installing various components, including the Designwall 2000 Insulater Metal Panel that provides maximum thermal efficiency while creating a double barrier against air and water penetration.

  • 3500 square feet of ATAS MFP120 Metafor CMP
  • 1000 square feet of ATAS MFX120 Metafor CMP
  • 25000 square feet of BENCHMARK by Kingspan Designwall 2000 Insulated Metal Panel
  • 2500 square feet of Longboard Soffit 6” V-Grove Planks
