DANIEL F. BURNS APARTMENTS | CAMBRIDGE, MA
In this project, Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. technicians installed various Kawneer and Peerless products including doors, vents, curtain walls, windows, and storefronts. All 198 units at the Daniel F. Burns Apartments were renovated and modernized, each being equipped with a new air conditioning system. Revitalization of the building included upgrades to the plumbing, heating and cooling systems, as well as interior unit repairs. The building also features enhanced and expanded community spaces, including a new second floor deck. Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. also partnered with Riggs Contracting, Inc. to supply, fabricate, and install all the SVK fiber cement panel systems on the entire façade of the project.
