Founded in 1973, Roxbury Community College (RCC) is a comprehensive, multicultural, urban, student-centered, open-access community college. The administration building, which is home to enrollment, financial aid, business, and other offices, was in dire need of a renovation. Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. technicians installed EFCO exterior frame extensions as well as casement and fixed EFCO windows that are a perfect choice for repairs on a historical building like this. This LEED-certified project is Roxbury Community College’s contribution to the City of Boston’s goal of being carbon neutral by 2050.
