The Watertown High School project represents a significant milestone for Lockheed Architectural Solutions. At the time it was awarded, it was the largest filed-bid project undertaken by Lockheed Architectural Solutions.

The project also marked a major achievement in architectural glazing and sun-control systems as the first project in the United States to utilize the Levolux twisted sunshade system. The sunshade scope included Levolux Triniti curtain wall brackets, twisted vertical sunshades, and perforated panels with box-frame assemblies.

Working alongside Brait Builders Corp., Lockheed provided and installed a comprehensive range of glazing and architectural envelope systems for the new high school. The scope included curtain wall, storefront, windows, doors, insulated vision and spandrel glazing, fire-rated framing, bullet-resistant framing, and exterior sunshade components.
