This project was a window and storefront replacement in an occupied housing complex in the city of Waterbury, CT. Logistics were a strong factor to consider everyday in this tight area of Waterbury for a 14 story low-rise building. The success of this project partly relies on the respect and interaction of the tenants in each apartment as well as the retailers in each store. Scheduling the work for each tenant and retailer takes a well thought out plan as each tenant and retailer is essentially a new customer and has their own needs/requests.

• Two types of windows were used, a total of 344 for the project
• Traco NX-6400 series horizontal sliding window units
• Traco NX-3800 series fixed over horizontal sliding window units
• 18 EFCO series S402 storefronts with series D200 doors
